In Stock Orders
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within seventy two (72) hours of placing your order. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us


These are items that are not currently in stock. They will ship as soon as they become available. They are charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipping. If you need to cancel or amend a Pre-Order, please contact us

If you purchased an In Stock item together with a Pre-Order item, your entire order will be shipped when all items become available.

Payments are processed during the checkout process. We currently accept American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, PayPal and Visa. If your payment is declined, please check to make sure your details, including the billing address, are typed correctly. In the event of further issues, please check to make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. If problems persist, please contact us

We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail. Delivery times are 1-5 working days to anywhere in the USA. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Orders will usually ship within 1-3 working days from our warehouse in California. You will be sent a Tracking Number with your shipping confirmation email.

We do not currently ship outside the USA, but we intend to open international offices soon.

All sales are final, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If your shipment qualifies for a return, we will provide instructions as appropriate.
